Cascading Style Sheets basically consist of a language to describe the the look and formatting of a document
written in HTML and XHTML. Colors, typeface sizes and layouts can all be set to style a webpage. CSS is designed
primarily to enable the separation of a documents content (written in HTML or a similar markup language) from
the documents formatting. This sepparation can improve content accessability, it provides more flexibility and
control over a presentations characteristics, it enables multiple pages to share the same formatting, and it reduces
complexity and repetition within the websites structure. Also it reduces the weight of a webpage and therefor
increases the speed of navigation. CSS can also allow the same page to be presented in different styles for different
rendering methods, like on-screen, in print, by voice, when read out loud by a speech-based browser or on braille-
based tactile devices. CSS works with a priority scheme in order to determine which style rules overrules the
other in case more than one rule applies to the same element. In this so-called cascade, priorities are calculated and
assigned to a set of rules, so the results become predictable. The CSS specifications are maintained by the W3C.
The internet media type (MIME type) text/css has been registered for use with CSS by RFC 2318 in March 1998.
In constant evolution, recent changes tend to include more and more animation and interaction possibilities.

JavaScript is commonly used to modify styles and structure of a document without reloading it. This allows
more interaction between the web page and its user. Adding the dimension of time to pages, it also
allows styles to be animated and delayed. During the three last years, JavaScript has has grown successfully
wich lead to the developement of AJAX. Not being recognized by search engines, webpages using
Javascript additionally always need to allow browsing of the website also without the script. The Javascript
then functions like an extra layer on top, to enhance the users experience. Being one of the roots of

PHP is a widely-used, general-purpose scripting language that was originally designed for web development, to produce dynamic web pages. It can be embedded into HTML and generally runs on a web server, which needs to be configured to process PHP code and create web page content from it. It can be deployed on most web servers and on almost every operating system and platform free of charge.[2] PHP is installed on over 20 million websites and 1 million web servers.[3]
PHP was originally created by Rasmus Lerdorf in 1995 and has been in continuous development ever since. The main implementation of PHP is now produced by The PHP Group and serves as the de facto standard for PHP as there is no formal specification.[4] PHP is free software released under the PHP License, which is incompatible with the GNU General Public License (GPL) due to restrictions on the use of the term PHP.[5]
PHP has evolved to include a command line interface capability and can also be used in standalone graphical applications.[
We can use PHP in some web application mostly because of its great community always bringing new
ideas in using the web. This is an open source project. read more…

appear on top of a search result). Many techniques exists to increase page ranking. Our method

more tend to consider the relation of a websites to other websites, meaning that having a link on a
high ranked website can highly increase the page ranking of the linked website. Even more so if the search
engine considers the content of both websites to be related. Other factors like traffic, updates or age
are also taken into consideration. In the last 10 years lots of companies have emerged, trying to increase page
ranking of webpages by exchanging links with other websites, creating parallel websites, generating fake
